Friendly staff at the restaurants.

The front desk service was awful and unhelpful. Our room had a musty smell and noisy entertainment outside, which ruined our sleep. Despite repeatedly reporting the issues, nothing was done, making our stay stressful.

The breakfast spread was top-notch, with fresh fruits and delectable French toast sticks to kickstart the day! Plus, the beach bar hit the spot after a long day in the sun, making it easy to unwind. Just steps away, I dived into the vibrant nightlife around the area too!

On the flip side, the staff could use a friendly touch—communication was a bit rocky. And don’t expect those Insta-worthy blue waters. they’re more 'cove chic' than the postcard-perfect scenes you dream of.

Check-in process caused delays, including erroneous room assignments!!! My friend lost personal items without any recovery support!!! The dining variety lacks uniqueness and fresh options!!!

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I appreciated the clean rooms with daily replenishments, including fresh towels and beverages, making my stay feel very comfortable and enjoyable.

my stay at occidental was fantastic! the hotel is super comfortable, with a huge pool featuring a lovely fountain. the restaurant staff was always helpful, especially sandra at the reception—she spoke excellent english. there are plenty of sun loungers at the beach and by the pool, making it easy to relax.

i did notice some noise at night from the air conditioner.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and spa & wellness centre. The staff once helped me with an insect bite, and their friendly service is always memorable. I recommend you visit!

Really liked the pool area and the beach access was a plus, even if the water was kinda murky. The nightly shows were surprisingly fun! Food was decent. Mexican restaurant stood out. Just wish the front desk was quicker. getting change took ages.

The hotel had a friendly atmosphere with excellent staff fulfilling our needs, especially at the restaurant. The beach area was a bit small, and wifi costs felt excessive. However, the lively poolside and engaging entertainment team made our vacation enjoyable.

Incredible staff, fun daily activities!

The resort had fun live sport events and a great kids' club. I enjoyed lounging by the small pool but was less impressed by the food quality. The desserts were decent, however.
